From Meani to SGO

On March 6, 2024, the merger took place with the incorporation of Meani S.r.l. into Sapi Green Oil S.r.l., thus uniting the leading company in Italy for the collection and processing of waste oils with a company that has been operating in the fats sector in Lombardy since 1905 and specifically in the vegetable oils sector since 1990. In fact, Meani is the most important company in Lombardy for the collection and processing of waste oils from restaurants, the food industry and the retail trade.
